Ralph co-founded Marshall Zoing in 2002 and is a Director of the Company. Ralph is a fully qualified Financial Adviser, with over 25 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry.
Prior to setting-up Marshall Zoing, Ralph worked at Brown Shipley Private Banking and the Ellis Bates Group. Ralph specialises in Divorce and Collaborative Family Law, and has always worked closely with solicitors and accountants, providing seamless financial services advice for both them and their clients. He is collaboratively trained (alternative dispute resolution) and is a member of the Harrogate Pod. Since Ralph is a fee-based adviser, with a specialist pension qualification (G60 Pensions) and ancillary relief experience, he is qualified to advise on the fair value of retirement benefits and overall wealth; potentially saving clients significant cost and additional stress during the divorce process.
Ralph is married to Karen and they have three young sons; Louis, Jacob and Isaac. Ralph is an enthusiastic and active sportsman and, with an illustrious rugby playing career now behind him, Ralph is a qualified rugby coach and enjoys taking part in triathlons! He finds his team-player and leadership skills transfer well to a client-focused environment. Ralph is also a keen fund-raiser for a number of charities, supporting Reach UK inparticular. Ralph is a Governor of Burnt Yates Primary School in Nidderdale and organises the Swing Low Sweet Charity Tag Rugby Tournament in Harrogate.
